Experience Activities done by AESO:
Develop projects /contracts, all required scope of work (SOW); drawings; technical specifications; defining functional requirements and equipment's specifications providing design base memoranda, technical guide lines, data and proposal drawings for the approved capitals; operation and services contracts.
Technical studies /evaluations for the technical offered systems received from different bidders; and complete the evaluations send to the bidders. provide and participate negotiation meetings up to finalization and completion of MOM and final contract documents.

Engineering & Commissioning for the CEMS (control emission monitoring systems) systems for all power plants.

RCA; make the Route Case Analysis; and required studying for all the control systems incidents / measure faults all over the platforms (Offshore & Onshore) inside the company and submit the required recommendations; reports and procedures for repairing and maintenance of the control systems and improving the availabilities.
Auditing for the pre-prepared maintenance programs for all the control systems and insure that they are carried out safely; according to the slandered and in compatible to the recommendation of the OEM for all the control systems.
Visibility study preparation for operations projects; services projects and green field projects.
Training and Guidance: Provide Training; for both practical on job training (and conduct theoretical courses) for all the technicians and the newly joined engineers.
- Conduct training needs analysis for employees in the group based on analysis of standard job tasks and skills essential for carrying the job most efficiently and effectively and prepare employees annual development plan.
- Assign subject matter experts working in the group to conduct on job training and presentations.
- Motivate and develop the group staff ensure that the employees have required capability and encouragement to maximize their output.
- Keep abreast of the new trends and developments in the field to apply and implement technical innovations and developments to enhance quality and performance in line with accomplishment of the divisions of the divisions goals and objectives.
